CoopPilot maintains an immutable financial transaction ledger for tracking cooperative share purchases, capital deposits, dividend payouts, and share transfers.
Share Register Ledger
The share register keeps track of all issued cooperative shares (Geschäftsanteile) per member:

Managing Transactions & Capital Deposits
- Open Transactions in the Coop Admin dashboard.
- View pending share purchases made by members via Stripe Connect or Bank Transfer (SEPA).
- Confirm Payment: Mark SEPA bank transfers as paid to credit shares to the member's account.
- Log Manual Share Issuance: Manually add shares for offline payments or grant-funded subscriptions.
Capital Summary Reports
Generate real-time financial capital summaries showing:
- Total Subscribed Capital (Gezeichnetes Kapital)
- Paid-In Capital (Eingezahltes Kapital)
- Outstanding Capital Contributions
- PDF export capability for annual auditor review.
