CoopPilot Platform Overview
Welcome to the CoopPilot User Manual! CoopPilot is an enterprise-grade cooperative management and audit platform designed specifically for German cooperative societies (Genossenschaften) operating in full compliance with the German Cooperative Act (Genossenschaftsgesetz - GenG).
Core Pillars of CoopPilot
CoopPilot collapses paper-bound legal and administrative processes into one seamless digital system of record:
- Member Registry Management: Comprehensive tracking of member details, share subscriptions, share transfers, and exits (Kündigung), maintaining an automated, legally compliant share register (Mitgliederliste).
- Legal & Auditing Workflows: Execution of recurring cooperative audits and founding audits (Gründungsprüfung pursuant to §11 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 GenG) via a multi-phase compliance pipeline.
- Democratic Governance: Management of General Assemblies (Generalversammlung / Jahreshauptversammlung), proxy assignments, quorum evaluation, and real-time electronic voting.
- Financial Ledger & Accounting: Automated tracking of share purchases, member payouts, subscription billing via Stripe, and official DATEV CSV accounting exports.
Platform User Roles
Access and controls within CoopPilot are strictly segregated into key user roles:
