CoopPilot enforces strict enterprise security controls, German data residency guarantees, and immutable audit logs to satisfy German Cooperative Law (GenG) and GDPR requirements.

Data Residency Guarantee (Frankfurt am Main)​

All platform data—including member identity records, share registers, documents, and audit trails—is strictly hosted and processed inside the European Union:

  • Primary Storage: Hosted in high-security datacenters in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
  • Data Protection: Full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).
  • Encryption Standards: Encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3/1.2 and at rest using AES-256.

CoopPilot implements interactive Captcha validation on all authentication forms.

Audit Logging & Complete Traceability​

Every critical operation in CoopPilot—including share transfers, general assembly votes, document uploads, and audit submissions—is automatically logged with a secure timestamp and unique reference ID.
