Share Register, Capital Ledgers & Reports
CoopPilot maintains a real-time, legally compliant share register (Mitgliederliste pursuant to §15a GenG) and capital ledger.
1. Real-Time Share Register & Ledger
The Share Register logs all historical and active share transactions:

2. Share Subscriptions & Share Additions
Coop-Admins manage initial share purchases and subsequent share additions (Nachschuss / Weitere Geschäftsanteile):
- Share Subscriptions: When a member requests additional shares, the admin approves the request under Shares > Subscriptions.
- Manual Share Additions: Admins can record manual share issuances resulting from direct bank transfers, grants, or dividend reinvestments.
- Payment Verification: Mark incoming SEPA transfers or digital payments as paid to issue share certificates.
3. Member Payouts & Dividend Distribution
Coop-Admins handle capital returns, dividend payouts, and exit payouts:
- Dividend Calculation: Enter total annual dividend percentage approved by the General Assembly (e.g. 3.5%).
- Payout Generation: System auto-calculates individual payouts per member based on active shareholdings throughout the fiscal year.
- SEPA Export: Generate standardized SEPA XML payment files to execute automated bank payouts to members.
4. Reports & Exports
CoopPilot provides standardized legal and financial reporting modules:
Report 1: Official Share Register Report (Mitgliederliste gemäß §15a GenG)
- Generates the official legal list of members ready for annual submission to the Commercial Register (Handelsregister / Genossenschaftsregister).
- Includes historical share acquisition dates, member addresses, and total capital tallies.
Report 2: Financial Year Summary (Jahresabschluss-Bericht & DATEV CSV)
- Compiles complete financial summary tables of capital additions, payouts, subscription fees, and reserves.
- Exports standardized DATEV CSV files formatted for direct import into German tax advisor accounting software (SKR03 / SKR04).
